Deletion request: You may send a request to privacy@liber21.com. We will delete your data within 15 business days, except where we are required by law to retain it (tax records, transaction logs). After deletion, you will no longer be able to use the Service.

How to submit a request:
Send an email to privacy@liber21.com with the subject line "Data Subject Request – Virginia". Include your name, phone number used with the Service, and the specific right you wish to exercise. We will verify your identity (we may request additional information) and respond within 15 business days (up to 45 days for complex requests).
Appeals: If your request is denied, you may write to the same address with "Appeal" in the subject line within 30 days. We will review the appeal and provide a written response. If you remain unsatisfied, you may file a complaint with the Virginia Attorney General:

Nevertheless, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We do not guarantee absolute security, but we make reasonable efforts.
In the event of a data breach that creates a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within 72 hours (as required by Virginia law).
Our Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you become aware that a child has provided us with data, please contact us, and we will delete it immediately. The prohibition on use by minors is also set forth in our Terms of Service.
All data is processed on servers located in the United States of America. If you are located outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to the U.S. U.S. law may not provide the same level of protection as the laws of your country. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer. Cross-border transfers are governed by U.S. federal law and Virginia law, not GDPR.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes (e.g., new categories of data, new recipients), we will notify you by email or SMS at least 30 days before the changes take effect. We will also post the new version on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
